Returns Policy

We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within this period for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and must include the original invoice.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds are typically issued within 3 to 5 business days after we receive your return, but the total time—including shipping and bank processing—may take up to 2 weeks.

If the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving a defective or incorrect item), we will also cover the return shipping costs.

Once your order is processed, it is usually delivered within 5–7 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the courier service used.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

We currently do not ship internationally. However, we are working towards expanding our delivery network.
